Job summary

Juniper Annesley in Bentley, WA, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our supportive residential aged care team. You will assess residents’ clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans.

Lead care staff, liaise with GPs and external providers, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding high clinical standards and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years’ experience as an RN in an aged care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing.
• Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans with residents and families.
• Administer medications and provide clinical treatments per standards.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to care staff.
• Coordinate with GPs and external providers to ensure resident care.
