Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in aged care, hospitals or community care preferred.
• Ability to lead, supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AIN staff.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Commitment to accurate medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive nursing care and build relationships with residents.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Ensure safe medication administration and documentation.
