Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required.
• Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) required.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC funding system attributes preferred.
• Experience in nursing services in aged care, hospitals or community settings.
• Accurate reporting and documentation management essential.
• Ability to lead and delegate to PCA/AIN staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, holistic care and monitor residents' conditions.
• Develop and manage care plans enabling residents' independence.
• Ensure safe medication administration and document progress notes.
