Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
• Strong clinical skills to manage complex care needs, with excellent assessment and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
• Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families while providing emotional support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
• Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment
