Benetas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our St Lawrence Court home in Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo. You will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care to our 50 residents, applying clinical expertise while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA Division 1 registration.
• Experience in residential aged care settings preferable.
• Ability to respond quickly to issues with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care for older Victorians.
• Document resident assessments and care plans clearly.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical tasks and escalate changes as needed.
• Engage with residents to build rapport and empathy.
• Support and guide care team members including ENs and PCWs.
