As an Agency RN you will deliver high-quality care, support residents and families, and work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as an RN.
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience, preferably aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
• Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple aged care facilities.
• Full Australian working rights.

• Developing, reviewing and implementing care plans.
• Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions.

About the Role

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership within residential aged care facilities across Albury-Wodonga.

You will support residents, families and clinical teams while delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
