Job summary

Bathurst Health Service, part of Western NSW Local Health District, is seeking motivated Registered Nurses for our Medical Acute and Subacute Ward. Qualifications

• Registered nurses with appropriate qualifications and current registration in NSW.
• Experience in medical acute or subacute settings is desirable.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and deliver patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a 31-bed Medical Ward and 8-bed subacute Ward.
• Assist with monitoring, assessments and ongoing care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe transitions of care.
