• This state-of-the-art facility in Sydney's northern coastal region provides 486 beds catering to both public and private patients. The successful candidate will join the Acute Medical Unit, specifically working within a high-pressure 36-bed ward that includes a 10-bed Medical Assessment Unit and 26 general medical beds equipped with cardiac telemetry. Operating within a Level 5 delineation service, the clinician will collaborate with leading specialists and a multidisciplinary team, utilizing world-class infrastructure including 14 theatres, a 50-bed Emergency Department, and an innovative clinical school in partnership with Macquarie University.

  Locum Details and Compensation

  This role offers a competitive nursing rate upto $54.89 per hour, with the final figure determined by the individual’s years of relevant registered nursing experience under the 2024 Enterprise Agreement. The placement is scheduled to commence immediately, with the current recruitment phase closing on March 23, 2026. Prospective applicants should note that in late April 2026, the hospital will transition from private management into the NSW Health public network, offering a unique opportunity to secure a pathway into the public sector during a significant clinical evolution.
