The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Rathgar Lodge in the North Coast Region. You will deliver person-centred clinical care to residents and contribute to maintaining high standards of care within a 32-bed facility in Ulmarra.

Applicants must hold full AHPRA registration, understand Aged Care Quality Standards, and be willing to work across various shifts.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at Rathgar Lodge in our North Coast Region.You will bring a passion for person-centred care in providing exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.

Rathgar Lodge is a 32-bed aged care home located in Ulmarra, that provides exceptional care to members of the local community, with the ongoing support from a strong, engaged and seasoned leadership and corporate support team.

In fulfilling the role, it is essential that you have:

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Open to post-graduate applications
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) working with residents with dementia
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team player who is highly motivated
• Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
• Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate
• Availability to work various shifts across various days
