Job summary

The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Rathgar Lodge on the North Coast. You will provide person-centred clinical care to residents and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality care environment in Ulmarra.

This role requires full AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care standards, and a willingness to support residents with dementia. Flexible shifts and a supportive team are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) with residents with dementia.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Relocation and visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at Rathgar Lodge in our North Coast Region. You will bring a passion for person-centred care in providing exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.

Rathgar Lodge is a 32-bed aged care home located in Ulmarra, that provides exceptional care to members of the local community, with the ongoing support from a strong, engaged and seasoned leadership and corporate support team.

In fulfilling the role, it is essential that you have:

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Open to post-graduate applications
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) working with residents with dementia
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team player who is highly motivated
• Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
• Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate
• Availability to work various shifts across various days
