Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and supervise nursing staff in the aged-care wing. You will assess and implement individualized care plans, manage medications and wound care, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will collaborate with allied health professionals and families to provide holistic care, support continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality clinical services to residents, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification.
• Current National Police Check.
• Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to compassionate and person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 7 night shifts per fortnight, including weekends.
