Job summary

Talent Quarter on the Sunshine Coast is seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses for flexible casual shifts across aged care. You will deliver safe nursing care, conduct assessments and administer medications, with support from a dedicated recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration for RN or EN.
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in Australian aged care.
• Vaccination status as required by clients.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health.
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role

As a valued member of the Talent Quarter team, you will:

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond confidently and professionally to clinical changes and emergencies.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents and their families.

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 6 months' recent experience working within Australian aged care.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current National Police Check.
• Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required by our clients.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care.
