Job summary

Calvary Health Care Newcastle is seeking Registered Nurses to join the haematology ward 5C on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role supports patients with malignant and non‑malignant haematological conditions in a high‑demand inpatient setting.

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality nursing care in a multidisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and hospital policies. Sponsorship/relocation incentives are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is mandatory to practice as a nurse in Australia.
• Recent clinical experience in acute care/hospital settings is required, with interest in haematology.
• Ability to work unsupervised during high demand periods is essential.

About The Role

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our haematology team on ward 5C at CMN. Ward 5C is an 18-22 bed inpatient unit that provides care and associated treatment for haematological malignant and non- malignant diseases.

About You

• AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting and a genuine interest in haematology nursing
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
