Uniting Nambucca Heads is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care across our four-storey community. You will lead care planning, perform clinical assessments, and collaborate with the team to meet residents’ goals, providing compassionate support to older adults.
This permanent, full-time position offers a rotating roster of 38 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and night shifts.

On the ground floor, there’s a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Leisure and Wellness Team ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.

As a Registered Nurse at Uniting Nambucca Heads, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional person -centred care to our residents. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure that each resident received the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster - weekdays/weekends including, morning, afternoon & night Shift.
Registered Nurses who are new to aged care, or those in their first or second year of practice who have not previously completed a Graduate Nurse Program, are encouraged to participate in Uniting’s Aged Care Transition to Practice Program. This supportive program is designed to build confidence, enhance clinical skills, and provide a strong foundation for a rewarding career in aged care.
