Job summary

Byron Private Treatment Centre in Myocum, NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our casual pool within a multidisciplinary team. You will support residents and coordinate care in a therapeutic setting, liaising with staff, referrers and medical professionals to ensure smooth operation of the program.

We value teamwork, clear communication and autonomy, with opportunities to develop a broad range of clinical skills within mental health and addiction care.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nursing Registration (RN) with AHPRA.
• Clinical experience in mental health and/or drug and alcohol settings is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Casual pool as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the hinterland of Byron Bay.

As you will liaise with residents, staff, referrers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operation of the program, strong clinical, administration and communication skills are necessary.

You will be joining an experienced and passionate clinical team that comprises of a Clinical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychiatrist Registrar, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Primary / Group Therapists, Care and Support Staff.
