Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Murwillumbah, NSW, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Murwillumbah Greens Care Community. This role focuses on providing person-centred clinical care and supporting residents with compassion.

You will mentor care team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and contribute to continuous quality care initiatives while delivering safe nursing practice in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or clinical care setting preferred.
• Ability to mentor others and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
