Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Murwillumbah is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a warm care team. Deliver high-quality clinical care, mentor colleagues and make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives at our Greens Care Community.

You’ll lead patient assessments, care planning and documentation, while collaborating with families and the broader care team. AHPRA registration and a passion for person-centred care are essential; pre-employment medical and NDIS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care.
