Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care and support for residents, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing in a high-quality aged care setting.

You will monitor resident care, apply systematic clinical decision-making, build therapeutic relationships and work with the care team to support positive outcomes and a supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Desirable: 12 months experience as a RN (in-charge preferred).
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

About the Candidate

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
