Job summary

Premium Aged And Community Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the DVA Community Nursing Program in Gosford & Central Coast NSW. The role is part-time, delivering holistic nursing care to veterans at home and supporting their independence.

You will perform assessments, care planning, medications, education, and documentation, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current NMBA registration to practice in Australia.
• Genuine passion for caring for veterans and families.
• Knowledge of DVA community nursing guidelines or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certificate and police clearance are required.
• Professional indemnity insurance coverage.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport for home visits.
