Job summary

Premium Aged And Community Services in Gosford & Central Coast NSW seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for the DVA Community Nursing Program. Part-time role delivering home-based, holistic nursing care to veterans and families.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, care planning, wound care, and health education, while documenting in line with standards and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMBA.
• CPR certificate.
• Police clearance.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
