Job summary

One Health Clinics is seeking a compassionate Practice Nurse to join our West End & Albion team. You will work closely with GPs, allied health, and admin staff to support day-to-day clinical operations and deliver high-quality patient care across general practice services.

As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, you will perform wound care, immunisations, health assessments, ECGs, and clinical documentation, while contributing to chronic disease management and preventative care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in general practice or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Assisting GPs with consultations, procedures, and patient care
• Wound care, dressings, ear syringing, immunisations, and vaccinations
• Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives
