Job summary

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a part-time permanent basis, with shifts across days, afternoons, nights and weekends with penalties. You’ll lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing, develop and implement care plans, and ensure medications and wound care meet best practice standards.

• Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing.

• Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care.
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs.

Position Details

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a Part Time permanent> basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance.

Combination of Shifts Available depending on availability

• Day Shift 6.00am - 2.30pm
• Afternoon Shift 2.00pm - 10.00pm
• Night Shift10.00pm - 6.30am
• Weekend shifts available with penalty rates

Responsibilities
