Job summary

RediMed is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Queensland team. Based at the Eagle Farm clinic with on-site and client-site vaccination and skin check duties, you’ll work across service lines and support surgeons and clinics.

The role offers variety, travel to client workplaces, and opportunities to contribute to growing Queensland services within a multidisciplinary team. AHPRA RN registration and current CPR/First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Current Professional Indemnity insurance.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Current Queensland Blue Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Solid wound care skills and knowledge.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Completion of an approved immunisation course (desirable).
• Experience in skin checks or skin cancer medicine (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with Pre-Employment Medicals and health surveillance.
• Assist in daily Plastics, Orthopaedic and General Practitioner clinics.
• Assist Surgeons with minor procedures in onsite theatres.
• Triaging emergency phone calls and walk-in cases.
• Monitoring and ordering stock.
• Assisting with skin checks and skin cancer clinics.
• Running immunisation programs, in clinic and onsite at client workplaces.
• Travelling to client sites as needed.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Queensland team. The role is based at our Eagle Farm clinic, with some work at client workplaces delivering vaccines and skin checks.

If you enjoy variety, this role offers plenty. One day you might be assisting a surgeon in clinic. The next you could be on the road running an onsite vaccination program for one of our corporate clients. You’ll see a wide range of patients, work across our service lines, and help shape how our Queensland service grows.

A Day or Week in the Life of a RediMed Nurse may include:

What You’ll Need

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
