Job summary

Churches of Christ - Barcoo Living Aged Care in Blackall seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our close-knit regional team. You will provide person-centred clinical care, support residents and families, and contribute to positive health outcomes in a not-for-profit setting.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA RN registration, have aged care experience or interest, strong assessment and care-planning skills, and a collaborative, community-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care, or strong interest in aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care planning skills.
• Ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents’ clinical needs.
• Person-centred approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR and relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Australian working rights - unfortunately, we are not currently able to sponsor.

About You

You’ll be a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care and building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

You will bring:
