Bribie Island Aged Care in Bongaree is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent part-time hours to support residents and lead our care team. You will assess and plan care, administer medications, perform baseline and focused assessments, and work closely with multidisciplinary staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA RN registration, related aged care experience, and current First Aid/ CPR and Police Check; sponsorship

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN.
• 4+ years aged care nursing experience desirable.
• First Aid, CPR and Police Check current or willing to obtain.
• Australian work rights; sponsorship not available.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting baseline and focused assessments
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeing
• Demonstrated aged care nursing experience of 4+ years is highly desirable
• Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
