Position Details

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have work‑life balance. Weekend shifts available with penalty rates.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing
• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans
• Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
• Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
• A current National Police Check
• Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills
• A commitment to providing compassionate and person‑centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
