Job summary

Healthcare Australia is seeking experienced Registered Midwives for flexible agency shifts across Sydney’s leading public and private hospitals. You can enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive rates, and weekly pay while advancing your midwifery career.

Successful applicants will hold current AHPRA registration and have 2+ years of Australian experience, with shifts available across Birth Suite, Antenatal and Postnatal settings. Full Australian working rights and WWCC/Police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum 2 years recent midwifery experience in Australia.
• Experience in Birth Suite, Antenatal and/or Postnatal settings.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work confidently in busy maternity environments.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and accept shifts through the eHCA App.
• Provide care across Birth Suite, Antenatal and Postnatal wards.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred maternity care.
