Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA, helping them build essential life skills and independence in comfortable environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinics
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using EMR
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team

Skills
