Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support skill-building and behavior goals under supervision, recording data with digital tools and collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
