Job summary

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as RN (Division 1) or EN.
• Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care experience.
• Current National Police Check within 3 years.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).

About the Role As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse within Residential Aged Care, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
• Promote dignity, independence and quality of life for residents
• Work across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care experience
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
