Job summary

GHS Solutions in Geraldton, WA, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and strengthen our portfolio of key clients across regional Western Australia. Based permanently in Geraldton, you will identify new opportunities in mining, infrastructure and construction, and develop strategic proposals to win work.

You will work closely with operations and leadership to ensure scoping, pricing, and delivery align with GHS’s capabilities and long-term strategy, while building

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Background or exposure to mining and SMP including fabrication and scaffolding.
• Strong understanding of mining, construction, rail, or oil & gas sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across mining, construction, rail and infrastructure sectors.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across regional Western Australia.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes, tenders, proposals, and capability statements.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and delivery alignment.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity.
• Represent GHS at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on opportunities and pipeline activity.
