Job summary

Lincoln Place is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations across our Nambucca communities, covering both short-stay and long-stay accommodation. This role oversees service standards, the resident and guest lifecycle, compliance, financial performance, facilities, WHS, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Accommodation, tourism, hospitality or community management experience.
• Ability to lead daily operations and supervise diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in regional tourism or land-lease communities and emergency procedures or First Aid is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across accommodation, facilities and community spaces.
• Lead and coordinate on-site team members, housekeeping, maintenance, consultants and contractors.
• Manage group stays and school/educational camp programs.
• Build relationships with residents, guests, groups and the local community.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues, enquiries and complaints.
• Oversee reservations, occupancy reporting, forward bookings and site administration.
• Manage budget delivery, occupancy and rate card performance, arrears and purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 and related obligations.
• Oversee maintenance, contractor supervision, turnover and safety inspections.
• Maintain WHS standards and conduct inductions and emergency planning.
• Support settlements, handovers and transition to operations for new stages.
• Monitor guest experience and identify service improvements.
