News Corp Australia is seeking a Regional Technology Director (RTD) to lead regional infrastructure and partner with global technology. You will drive strategy, governance and service delivery, ensuring local priorities are reflected in global technology plans.

The role reports to the SVP, Infrastructure & Enterprise Technology, and collaborates with regional teams to deliver secure, scalable technology across the BU. Hybrid in-office role with significant leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of IT management/technology leadership in global, matrixed organisations.
• Broad experience across IT service management, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and operations.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with regional and global leaders and manage incidents/crises.
• Oversee regional infrastructure across data centres, networks, cloud, compute and storage.
• Provide strategic matrix leadership across regional teams and talent development.
• Drive regional execution of global infrastructure strategy and AI/workflow integration.
• Own BU–GT alignment forum to unify priorities, dependencies and opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, procurement, vendors and cost optimisation.
