Barcaldine Regional Council is seeking a Team Leader Care Services to provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Community Care Services team. You will coordinate rosters and client appointments, support and develop staff, and act as a main contact for clients and families to maintain continuity and quality of service.

The role requires a National Criminal History Check, Pre-Employment Medical, a QLD Class C licence, and a Certificate IV in Aged Care or related discipline, plus a First

Qualificações

• National Criminal History Check completed.
• Pre-Employment Medical Examination completed.
• QLD Class 'C' Drivers Licence.
• Certificate IV in Aged Care / Individual Care / Disability Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR accreditation.
• Minimum of three years' experience in community aged care, disability support, or personal care.
• Understanding of Aged Care and NDIS standards and legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
