Job summary

Barcaldine Regional Council in Central West Queensland is seeking a part-time Community Care Services Officer, based in Barcaldine or Alpha, with regional travel as required, to deliver NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.

You will manage participant accounts, maintain accurate records, and work with service providers to support participants in achieving their goals with person-centred, confidential service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred support and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with disability support services and NDIS frameworks is desirable.
• Current first aid (including CPR) and a valid Working with Children/Disability check as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide NDIS plan management and support coordination to participants.
• Maintain accurate participant accounts and records, coordinating with providers.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate community care services in a regional setting.
