Job summary

The Department of Education in Victoria seeks a School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) Coach to partner with regional schools in the Mallee area, based from Mildura or Swan Hill. The role requires frequent travel to schools and the ability to support multi‑tiered systems of support within the SWPBS framework.

You will work with school teams, assess progress with valid tools, and help implement improvements that promote wellbeing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Victorian driver’s licence is required.
• Current VIT registration or WWCC is required.
• Desirable: Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency OR VIT.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SWPBS across designated Mallee Region schools.
• Evaluate progress using valid tools and assist action planning with school‑based teams.
• Travel frequently to Department offices and schools as required.
