Goulburn Valley Health is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our Speech Pathology service and influence healthcare outcomes across the region.

This permanent full-time leadership role offers opportunities to drive service innovation, workforce development and strategic direction while maintaining a clinical caseload as required. Relocation and accommodation support are available to the right candidate.

• Strong clinical Speech Pathology experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, influence and shape the Speech Pathology service across the region.
• Provide clinical governance, operational leadership and strategic direction.
• Support patient flow and improve outcomes across acute, subacute, outpatient and specialist programs.
• Mentor and develop the Allied Health workforce; drive service innovation.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Operations Director and allied health managers.
