Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland, Victoria, is seeking a Grade 1 Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role offers diverse inpatient and outpatient caseloads, opportunities for competencies in videofluoroscopy and laryngectomy management, and strong supervision to support early-career clinicians.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Australian Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with patient-centred care focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to inpatients, outpatients and community clients.
• Assess, diagnose and manage communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
• Support health promotion and family/carer education related to communication needs.
