Service Maintenance Manager | Peakhurst | $120-$130K + Car + Super

The Company

The Position

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will oversee a high‑performing team, ensure operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, implement service contracts and support both local and national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth, sales and KPI delivery
• Lead, develop and manage a high‑performing service team
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and completion of service and maintenance tasks
• Implement and manage ongoing service contracts
• Identify new business opportunities, quote work, and liaise with clients
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and safe work practices
• Act as escalation point for customer issues and complaints
• Conduct site visits to support quoting, technical services, and project evaluation
• Manage staff performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and timesheet approvals
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in an organised and safe manner

The Candidate

• Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance management
• Hands‑on, strategic and results‑driven with the ability to motivate teams
• Strong operational and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Current driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
• Hours of work will be 6:15am to 2:45pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm
