Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Sydney to lead a regional sales team for a leading property data and analytics business. You will drive revenue growth, client retention and product adoption across agency groups, franchises and independents.

You’ll coach the team, build senior client relationships and turn market insight into clear sales actions for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership or commercial management experience in B2B SaaS, digital solutions, property data or real estate.
• Track record coaching teams to deliver against revenue and retention targets.
• Strong commercial acumen across budgets, forecasting and portfolio health.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and major customer groups.
• Comfort using CRM and reporting tools to drive accountability.
