Cement Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our South region. Reporting to the General Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be accountable for regional sales performance across our Bulk and Packaged Products portfolio, leading a high-performing sales team and building strong, long-term partnerships across the construction and concrete industries.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-focused sales leader who thrives on growing market share, developing people and delivering sustainable business growth.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, driving performance through clear accountabilities, regular reviews and development planning.
• Deliver regional sales targets across Bulk and Packaged Products, including volume, revenue, pricing and margin objectives.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, growing market share and strengthening Cement Australia's position in the region.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise customer value and long-term growth.
• Lead customer negotiations, resolve complex issues and support the successful onboarding of new customers.
• Optimise customer profitability through effective pricing, rebate management and contract compliance.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline performance and oversee customer credit outcomes.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Distribution, Sales & Operations Planning and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Champion a culture of safety, sustainability and continuous improvement across the region.
• Act as a key member of the sales leadership team, contributing to national sales strategy and business performance.

• Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, market share gains and profitable outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in sales strategy, business development, forecasting, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen strategic customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Highly effective communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical capability, using data and insights to drive commercial decisions.
• Industry experience in cement, concrete, construction materials or a related sector will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
