Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Quebec and the Maritimes. You will lead sales efforts, develop new business, and strengthen partnerships across Ontario and Quebec while representing ADM at industry events.

You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Trading, and Operations teams to drive growth, analyze data for opportunities, and manage contracts from negotiation to follow‑up, using Salesforce.com for activities and relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow ADM Milling & Baking Solutions’ product portfolio in Ontario and Quebec.
Prospect and grow new and existing customers; promote ADM capabilities at meetings and events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, Trading, Plant Operations, and Support teams.
Negotiate contracts, oversee implementation and follow-up, and optimize financial performance.
Leverage Salesforce.com to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
Develop commercial strategies and identify growth opportunities from marketing data.
