Job summary

WA Mining Exams is seeking a seasoned underground supervisor to lead production and development crews in a long-term, permanent role based in Western Australia. You will drive safety and performance underground and work with a supportive leadership team to create clear pathways for progression.

Offer includes 6 weeks annual leave, 6% site allowance, health allowance and quarterly bonuses, plus a direct one-hour Perth FIFO flight, with 8:6 days and 7:7 nights rotation.

Qualifications

• Underground supervisory experience.
• WA Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership and crew development skills.
• Sound understanding of underground production and development.
