Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to manage rosters across a defined region and support frontline teams to deliver reliable care. You’ll coordinate schedules, ensure SCHADS compliance, and build strong relationships with support workers and operations.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll own the region, solve roster challenges, and contribute to positive outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating rosters and scheduling across a defined region.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-driven when priorities shift.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and smartphone required.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
