Job summary

Bay Building Group, through its Linx Restoration Services, is looking for an experienced restoration leader to grow and develop the NSW/ACT restoration business. You will lead the NSW restoration team delivering water, flood, fire, chemical and related property restoration projects for insurance and facility management clients, while overseeing site estimates, supervision and regional operations.

You will report to the Executive General Manager | Restoration and be responsible for winning new

Qualifications

Experience in both domestic and commercial restoration, particularly insurance restoration.
IICRC certification.
Understanding of restoration processes, standards and WHS requirements.
Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships and accounts.
Proven business development experience within restoration.
Existing relationships across insurance and facility management restoration industries.
Ability to plan and organize team work with goals, targets and schedules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead NSW restoration team delivering domestic and commercial projects for insurers and facility managers.
Accountable for site-based estimating and supervision and for regional quality, timeliness, safety and financial performance.
