Job summary

The University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Business and Creative Industries invites applications for a Regional Partnerships Advisor to support the Business Short Courses Project across Queensland. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, partnerships and market intelligence to boost regional participation and program impact.

You'll work under the Academic Lead to build relationships with government, industry and regional networks, analyse trends, prepare briefs and reports, and

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification with at least four years’ experience in business development.
• Experience developing and implementing stakeholder engagement, partnership development or business development strategies.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse regional trends and prepare briefing materials and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and partnership strategies that strengthen regional connections and drive participation in business short courses.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with government representatives, business networks and regional stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Analyse regional trends, stakeholder insights and participation data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Represent UniSC at stakeholder meetings and regional events, providing briefing materials and reports to support engagement outcomes.
