Job summary

Visy in Mareeba/Atherton Tablelands is seeking a regional sales representative to lead and grow fibre packaging solutions for tropical produce. You’ll be the on-ground face of Visy in QLD, building relationships with growers, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering sustainable packaging that fits local needs.

This full-time role requires hands-on customer engagement, travel within the region, and a proactive approach to identify growth opportunities while supporting the circular

Qualifications

Experience in sales, agriculture, or packaging is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently in regional environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
Experience with customer relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of regional produce customers, including bananas, papaya, and other tropical crops.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as Visy's trusted representative.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for mutual growth and support operational activities as required.
