Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner to support leaders across the Hunter region. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching to uplift capability and deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience as People & Culture Business Partner or Senior Advisor.
• Ability to provide advice across ER, Award Interpretation, Workers Compensation.
• Current driver's licence for regular travel across Hunter practices.

About the Position

Due to internal promotion, you have the opportunity to join a passionate and dynamic team who are committed to contributing to the strategic growth and patient care philosophy of PRP. With a focus on the Hunter region, you will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders providing advice, guidance and coaching on a diverse range of issues, supporting leaders to achieve priority outcomes within the region. This position requires an individual who is passionate about business partnering, with a particular focus on uplifting the capability of our leaders.

As part of an evolving People & Culture team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by delivering various change programs and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational outcomes.

About You

You will be an experienced Business Partner who is driven by engaging leaders and developing people focused solutions to uplift organisational capability. You will have demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and advice. You will be a gifted communicator, who thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience as a genuine People & Culture Business Partner or Senior Advisor
• Confidence to provide advice across all generalist functions including, ER, Award Interpretation, Workers Compensation
• A current driver's licence for regular travel across our Hunter practices
• The flexibility to commit to agreed travel to our North Sydney Hub
