PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner to support the Hunter region. You will partner with leaders, coach on a broad range of people matters and drive initiatives to uplift engagement and organisational outcomes.

The role offers genuine hybrid working arrangements, travel across Hunter practices, and collaboration in a supportive, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as a genuine People & Culture Business Partner or Senior Advisor.
• Confidence to provide advice across ER, Award Interpretation, Workers Compensation.
• A current driver’s licence for travel across Hunter practices.
• Willingness to travel to North Sydney Hub.
