Job summary

The Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus) invites applications for an outreach support role serving regional NSW, including Harden, Boorowa, Cooma, Bibbenluke, Bombala, Jindabyne and Berridale. You'll work as part of a team to connect job seekers with opportunities and provide mentoring and support.

A current driver's licence and ability to drive a van are essential, with occasional travel across NSW and a commitment to helping communities through employment services.

• Self-starter with ability to achieve results and solve problems.

• Experience achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach services to regional NSW.
• Travel to Harden, Boorowa, Cooma, Bibbenluke, Bombala, Jindabyne and Berridale as scheduled.
• Maintain a current driver’s licence and ability to drive a van.
• Work as part of a team to meet service KPIs and deliver mentoring and support to job seekers.
